The BEC2010 conference will allow only electronic submission of the papers in PDF format. Perspective authors should submit their paper(s) via WWW. Maximum two submitted papers per corresponding author will be accepted.

All accepted conference papers will be available and referred in IEEE Xplore database.

Due to timing constraints associated with the paper review process, paper must be received by April 26, 2010 . After selection of papers, authors will be informed of the decision of the Programme Committee via e-mail by May 27, 2010. Deadline for payment of regular conference fee is June 7, 2010. Deadline to submit the final version is June 14, 2010. Preliminary Scientific Programme will be published on the Internet by June 21, 2010.
The working language of the Conference will be English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
