The BEC2008 conference will allow only electronic submission of the papers in PDF format. Perspective authors should submit their paper(s) via WWW. Maximum two submitted papers per corresponding author will be accepted.

All accepted conference papers will be available and referred in IEEE Xplore database.

Due to timing constraints associated with the paper review process, paper must be received by April 28, 2008. After selection of papers, authors will be informed of the decision of the Programme Committee via e-mail by May 26, 2008. Deadline to submit the final version is June 15, 2008. Deadline for payment of regular conference fee is June 15, 2008. Preliminary Scientific Programme will be published on the Internet by June 15, 2008.

The working language of the Conference will be English, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials.
