Submission guidelines

Prospective authors are requested to submit a full paper of four or two (never three!) A4 pages including illustrations and references, in English, in the format of a PDF file for evaluation by the Programme Committee as attachments to the Registration and Paper Submission Form.  Deadline for submission is April 10, 2006, and notification of acceptance will be given before May 15, 2006.  The paper length will not be a criterion in selection of the papers for the program. Accepted papers will be published as submitted in the Conference Proceedings (printed and CD), which will be provided to all participants at the beginning of the Conference. Notice, that articles in the Proceedings BEC2006 will refer to the INSPEC and IEEE Xplore.

To validate that the camera ready version is compatible with IEEE Xplore® PDF specification see instructions how to use IEEE PDF eXpress™.

Selected authors will be invited to submit updated manuscripts for the special issue of the Proceedings of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, Engineering.

Students having in mind to report in Student Session should submitt by Sunday, September 10, 2006 one-page extended abstract in PDF format, including name, institution, advisor, contact information, estimated (or actual) graduation date, figures, and bibliography (if applicable) using the Registration and Paper Submission Form.

Students pretending to be published in the Proceedings must undergo the rules of preparation and submission of regular papers.
